Sharing with you the results generated by a research commissioned by Google about the Travel behavior in US market. Give us interesting insights.
 
1. Travelers are constantly seeking value from trusted brands. In the same domain, convenience is what business travelers are seeking.
 
2. When it comes to planning travel, leisure travelers turn to online search engines whereas business travelers are depending more on supplier sites.
 
3. Mobile devices are being increasingly used by travelers to plan and book travel.
 
4. At all the stages of travel planning, travelers are now watching a mix of user generated videos and professionally made videos.
 
5. When it comes to loyalty programs, business travelers are enrolled in more loyalty programs than leisure travelers. The interesting point here is that neither group uses all of the programs in which they are enrolled.
 
6. This could be surprising!. The research shows up that most leisure travelers and 70% of affluent travelers begin researching travel online, without a specific destination or mode of travel in mind.
