In mobile booking market China leads the way and will top the market by 2017 as China will make 60% of its online booking through mobile phones. On the other hand only 20 and 24 % mobile bookings will happen in countries like France and Germany by 2017.
According to Phocuswright's senior travel analyst, Cathy Walsh, "Mobile travel dynamics are highly market-specific, which makes localization key to winning on mobile across regions”.
